The team behind Novus is a technocrat group that has built and deployed logistics applications across markets in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America — freight forwarding systems, transport management platforms, and enterprise logistics products taken from specification through to live deployment at scale.

Before that, and alongside it, they ran the businesses. Road freight, freight forwarding, contract logistics and last-mile distribution — at chief executive and chief operating level, for enterprise clients across manufacturing, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and technology.

That order matters. Novus was specified by people who have sat on both sides of the freight bill — the side that raises it and the side that has to approve it.

We know what a freight bill looks like when it arrives with three attachments and no LR reference. We know why a truck owner takes a lower rate for cash today over a better rate in ninety days.

Neither problem is new. Both have been treated as the cost of doing business in Indian road freight for as long as anyone in this team has been working in it. Neither had to stay that way — the instruments to solve them now exist. They had simply never been sequenced together.
